The one I use most often is in the far end of a strip mall parking lot with zero fast food or obvious restroom options. There’s a hardware store and a couple sit-down restaurants. Most of the stuff in the I95 corridor here on the east coast, at least from Maine down to NYC seems well positioned next to fast food. This was the most recent stop:
