The NFL community is mourning the loss of Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Rondale Moore, who has died at the age of 25.
Authorities confirmed Moore was found in a garage in his hometown of New Albany, Indiana, with police indicating a suspected self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Russell Wilson shares emotional message after Rondale Moore’s passing
Wilson posted a heartfelt tribute as the news became public.
“RIP Rondale Moore. Heartbroken for your family, friends & teammates,” he posted on X.
He followed that with a longer message. “God… we need you. Show me, my teammates, my brothers… how to help.
“Show us the way. We aren’t alone, even when it feels like we are. Allow us to communicate with one another and pray for one another. We need you now!”
Wilson’s words reflected the wider sense of grief around the league, with players openly expressing both sorrow and support for Moore’s loved ones.

Watt, who played alongside Moore during their time with the Arizona Cardinals, also shared his reaction.
“Can’t even begin to fathom or process this,” he said. “There’s just no way. Way too soon. Way too special. So much left to give. Rest in Peace, Rondale.”
Watt and Moore were teammates in Arizona, where the young receiver quickly earned respect for his work ethic and explosiveness.
A former Purdue standout, Moore was previously regarded as one of the league’s brightest young talents.
His death at just 25 has left teammates and fans grappling with the loss of a player many believed still had so much ahead of him.
