As the Detroit Lions‘ Christmas Day game against the Minnesota Vikings (7-8) rapidly approaches, the Lions (8-7) updated the game status of one of their starters.
Starting left tackle Taylor Decker has been added to the game status report and is listed as “questionable” with illness. Decker had been on the Lions’ injury report this week with a shoulder injury.
Decker has played in and started 13 games this season for the Lions. The 6-foot-7, 324-pound tackle has played in and started 139 over his 10-year career with the Lions.

The Lions have already ruled out tackle Giovanni Manu against the Vikings. Detroit starting left guard Christian Mahogany was listed as questionable and fellow offensive lineman Trystan Colon is questionable. Starting Lions center Graham Glasgow started the week on Detroit’s injury report as a limited participant with a knee ailment, but he was listed as a full participant on Wednesday.
The Lions and Vikings play on Netflix in a game that is set to kick off at 4:30 p.m. ET.
